Not too bad, BH, I have you beat by one year although I have bought and sold over the years. I just wish this thing would end one way or another (hopefully in a profitable way). The RB board has grown tired and crabby over the years. Furthermore I am a little tired of getting hopes raised only to be dashed yet again. It will feel really good to stop beating my old head against the brick wall known as Jag.
