I am patiently waiting until the end of the month.

I haven't been spending much time doing any type of investigation. I want to see something of substance happen before I invest much more of my time.

I do believe someone on the other board referenced one of the legal filings, and the change to the board. In the event the merger is called off, does the filing become moot? Or, should the merger not go through, will the board changes still take place?

The older I get, the more cynical I become, and the less I trust anyone I don't know. Even some management (not of Jagh) that I thought I knew, proved my trust misplaced.
