Jeff - anything new on the closing of the merger date?

Hi Jeff,

Have you found anything new on the closing date for the merger? The RB boys believe that it will be coming at the end of this month. I'm not sure that even the JAGH management rocket scientists can afford yet another merger delay. Hopefully they have what few ducks they have left in a nice neat row.
