A. Take over offer on the table.

B. A hit on one of our prospective targets.

C. Buzz from Denver Gold Show...realization that 10million ounces of gold should not be selling at $100million mkt cap.

D. Management has finally realized how much they messed up and are going back to an aggresive drill program.
