In case anyone is wondering the agreement reads that the NPI payment must be made within 30 Business Days after the end of the quarter. Only Canadian holidays affect the day count as the agreement was written in Canada and pertains to Canadian companies. 30 business days after Dec.31/07 is Feb.12/08, the last possible day for the payment to be made withing the legal limits of the agreement.
