Repsol is the operator of the well and they will be shown as the only operator of the Atwood Beacon.

Rig Zone has in the past shown inaccurate information, I would like to think that CGX would have an NR when we start spudding Jaguar. I emailed Charlotte for confirmation about where the rig is but haven't heard back yet.
