In Touch Tuesday
August 31, 2010
Dear BEHL Shareholders,
As the month of August comes to a close, BioCentric Energy is working to complete its commercial site located in Death Valley Junction, California. The team is also finalizing contracts with several Native American Indian tribes through the Company’s Value Added Resellers, as well as their direct contracts with clients in Hawaii, New Mexico and California. Lastly, BEHL is in the process of developing time frames and schedules for producing and shipping Astaxanthin to BNPD.
Each day, BioCentric Energy receives calls and e-mails from shareholders requesting updates and additional information on client contracts and the time frames for deploying commercial PBR systems. Although the Company would like to expedite client contracts and increase the value of BEHL, there are many details that must be addressed prior to finalizing contracts. If a client’s interest seems great and includes distant travels to meet the Team and see BEHL’s working PBR systems, this does not guarantee that a client partnership can be obtained. While clients perform their due diligence on BEHL, the Company is also performing its due diligence on the client. This process can take weeks or even months to complete. Because the basic capital investment for BEHL’s PBR systems exceeds one million dollars, there is much involvement and scrutiny from attorneys, committees, lending institutions, investors, partners and others. Regardless of this scrutiny, BioCentric Energy is very pleased with the high level of interest in its PBR systems and looks very forward to finalizing major contracts this year.
“Let’s crank it, let’s make it green, yellow, brown, red and do it again.” Laughed Chairman of the Board and Founder Dennis Fisher. “That is our goal with our commercial demo PBR systems in Santa Ana, California. Let’s not rest, lets test the limits of our equipment and stress the algae to simulate harsh climates and conditions.” Although the development phase of BEHL’s PBR systems is complete and the Company is now commercial, we want to ensure our future success in locations around the world.
The Company would like to sincerely thank those Shareholders who took the time to travel and visit our headquarters for the BEHL open house. It was a great day for the Team and a wonderful opportunity to get to know our Shareholders better.
