JC,

I'm not sure how to read it. It seems that Berry is being shared by the two companies.

But is she a consultant at both companies or an employee at BEHL and a consultant at Biocen?

The number of authorized shares doesn't necessarily change the number of shares in the market. It just means they can issue up to that many if they like. They are probably doing it so they have them to raise money down the road, if they decide to.

Though they would be crazy to look for money now. The extra .9 billion shares would only net them $1,170,000 minus expenses.
