BiOasis need to prove once and for all that the xB3 platform is safe on humans. And that will be a fast ticket to Nasdaq. (IMO)

That would be a great way to get to the Nasdaq, but that's 18 months out and contrary to their stated goal of Nasdaq this fall.  So IMO the reality is that we're left with a (low probability) deal announcement or a (high probability) rollback/financing.
