Other than the personal shots, it was a decent post from TailwindsRsrch.  Unfortunately, I suspect he is likely correct about the reverse split (#3).  That may be the only way to get to the Nasdaq in the near future (this fall).  Hopefully BTI mgmt can pair it with some decent news.  Maybe a deal is coming and the reverse split won't be necessary, but I'm not holding my breath on that.

I think we are in dire need of a Nasdaq listing.  We need US investors and more focus on a comparison with DNLI.  If we don't do a Nasdaq listing, I suspect we may languish under a buck until we see results from XB3-001.  And it won't help our dilution if we have to keep financing at these levels.
