Depends on whether your shares are held in "street name" thru a/your broker, or if you have an on-line broker acct. with Fidelity,TD Ameritrade etc. On-line accts can usually vote their proxy on-line but street brokers usually send out/forward the proxy to you thru the mail.

I haven't been able to find anything on "Gold" proxy either.

I will write IR at Baja and see if I can find out anything.
