Baja Mining Corp. is a Canadian mining company. Baja, through Minera y Metalurgica del Boleo S.A.P.I. de C.V. (MMB), owns a 10% interest in the Boleo copper-cobalt-zinc-manganese project located in Baja California Sur, Mexico.

Could someone explain to me how the proxy works. Are we getting the docs with all the paper work and/or the info for electronic voting, through mail? Or do we have to contact the company and cast our votes or proxy consent.

What is a "GOLD proxy"? All my searches have been unsuccessful, either yields "gold bullion" trading related info or about golf....
