Thanks, Ripa, for your reply. It seems to me that the potential lawsuit, though a separate issue entirely from a court hearing in connection with the forced acquisition of the shares by Kinross, also hinges on valuation (re: a claim for damages and/or restitution).

Since I don't know if that is going forward or has been abandoned, it would be helpful if this Forum could get some indication if work has been done or is pending, on the share valuation issue.

If there's anything we don't need at this late stage it's duplication of effort or working at cross purposes.
