The company whose shareholders were better than its management
"Remind everyone"? Did I miss something? I have seen little or nothing concrete re the process now apparently underway. If we have the right to file a dissent, shouldn't we be sharing info on the most effective way(s) to do this? And are we doing this only individually? If so, sounds pretty weak and ineffective to me. If allowed (and I can't imagine why it wouldn't be) shouldn't we be planning a joint dissenting position?
I have had virtually no experience with securities issues, so can hardly offer to take the lead in this, but we have (had?) a wealth of securities-knowledgeable posters here. Can they (someone?) spring to life?
We need to be getting on the ball! I'd love to do something concrete myself, but need direction.
Best wishes,
ORANGE FLASH
P.S.: Whatever happened to the big lawsuit? Did I miss that too?
