I am as angy as anyone here but I have to be realistic and treat my investments like a business so I did tender my shares last week.
My thinking is:
- Kinross will just drag this out until they get the 90% and then force everyone to tender. The price of ARU will trade with K anyway.
- Tendering will not preclude me from taking part in any class action lawsuits. What they did they did.
- The recent pull back in the whole PM sector especially the silver producers has created other excelent opportunites. I would rather focus my time and money in a more productive way.
JMHO
I appreciate the input form all here but it is time for me to move on.
I wish you all good luck.
