I am as angy as anyone here but I have to be realistic and treat my investments like a business so I did tender my shares last week.

My thinking is:

1. Kinross will just drag this out until they get the 90% and then force everyone to tender. The price of ARU will trade with K anyway.
2. Tendering will not preclude me from taking part in any class action lawsuits. What they did they did.
3. The recent pull back in the whole PM sector especially the silver producers has created other excelent opportunites. I would rather focus my time and money in a more productive way.
