I think we could get a bid right up to the last day....
what I am afraid of is the "Big boy" bidders might want to see if Kinross does not get the 66 2/3% and are assuming that Kinross will probably extend the bid......I hope these big guys aren't thinking that way because I feel that if Kinross gets over 50.1% of the bid but less than 66 2/3% and no one else has made a bid...they will just take what they got and not extend the bid, thereby stopping any further bids from coming in for Aurelian...AT THAT POINT THEY HAVE STOLEN AT LEAST 50.1% OF AURELIAN FOR .317 SHARE OF KINROSS PLUS A WORTHLESS WARRANT AND WILL LAUGH ALL THE WAY TO THE NEXT BOD MEETING WHERE THEY GET RID OF ALL OF THE ARU GUYS....that would be the steal of the century....I hope Kinross doesn't read this!!!
If that happens Kinross will be the big shareholder with 50.1% and the other big guys will now have to decide whether they want to take out Kinross which I doubt at this time.
ARU stock will still trade as a separate company until Kinross tries to get the rest of the stock.
