I could not agree more with this post from eagler27. The one thing I would add that if this plan fails, and we don't get another bid, the efforts from those on this board will go along way in getting us a bump on the present bid from Kinross.
"We've all convinced ourselves that the Kinross offer is undervalued but other than a few qualified posters most of us are simply following some one elses analysis.
What matters here is the analysis of the major companies and so far it seems that there isn't anyone willing to step up to the plate ( sorry about that but I'm watching the Blue Jays) and make a competing offer.
I don't think there is any thing that we can say or do that will influence the Barricks or Newmonts of the world....we just have to sit and wait for their verdict."
