I hate to say this but I think Goodman is in bed with Kinross ( remember Kinross is not supposed to buy any more shares now) so Goodman is buying to make sure that Kinross gets as many votes as is necessary to "win" the tender offer game we are in.....

Maybe they'll stab Kinross in the back the way Aurelian stabbed us?
