This may well be the case. However I continue to feel

strongly that Kinross also conspired with Aurelian BOD

in breach of fiduciary duties at the expense of

shareholder in general.

Kinross went wrong in that they apparantly

lost sight of the fact that business ethics and practices are - at least supposed to be - different from Chukotka and

Omsukchanskt; too smart for their own good and too

greedy. And will the Canadian regulator do what they

are supposed to do?
