Based on the information you have provided eagler27 I would say that the BOD's of both Aurelian and Kinross may have committed the offence of CONSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD

At the very least they have seriously breached Stock Market rules and regulations..

I can see the future for our BOD and it's not one I envy!

Does Canada have an extradition treaty with Ecuador?
