Do you think the new Constitution will be completed by

july 26 now? What happens if it's incomplete by the deadline?

You know, you can always count on these dramatics out of

Ecuador!! Next we'll hear that the resignation is not

irrevocable and Acosta will return if and if. Either way,

we havent seen the last of him or his effect on SP.
