ONLY our concessions in the application phase have been revoked and the only communication we have received thus far from the Ministry is in regards to these concessions. We will be meeting with the ministry in this regard next week as there are a number of unanswered questions on how we proceed with this. Our primary concession Tres Chorreras is not affected by this news. We will issue a press release as soon as we can confirm with the government what the next steps are.
