Focusing on the Dallol Potash Project in Ethiopia
Torrent, what you and all investors have to look at is the big picture. The future of the company. The share price will go up and down until we get financing and start building a mine. Then the larger investors will buy and drive the price up.
This is what is important for the future:
1. Financing. What will the terms be and how much of the CAPEX will be from debt vs. equity
2. Production. What will be our mine output and how long will it take to get there.
3. Potash Price. What will be the price of potash when we start producing.
You need to factor in these unknowns and figure out if this is an investment for you and same goes for your friends. Don't look at what the share price is today, tomorrow or even next month. The question is what will the share price be when financing is announced and a mine is being built and finally when we are producing and selling potash. That's the big picture. If you can't stomach the price fluctuations or the time needed to get to production, maybe you should get out and maybe get back in when you feel the time is right. It's you call and your money. I for one feel that we will get financing SOON, meaning within the next 4 to 6 weeks.
Cheers and good luck.
