AGRIMINCO ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CFO Toronto, Ontario - (April 9, 2014) - AgriMinco Corp. (the "Company") (TSX Venture: ANO) would like to announce the resignation of Michael Galloro as CFO and Secretary, both effective April 9, 2014, while he has been winding down his responsibilities in the Company over the past month to provide for a smooth transition. Mr. Galloro has resigned to pursue other business interests.

The Company would also like to announce the appointment of Bruce Cumming as Interim CFO
and will also fulfill the duty as Secretary of the Company, both effective immediately.
