Someone called in and he discussed ACT as being very interesting. He said he is waiting for two events to occur, which he would not disclose, in order to take a core position. The approval is surely one event and I would guess the ensuing contracts obtained would be the other. He was impressed that the company has the ability to earn .10 cents per share by next year with the contracts that they now have in place. See the video at www.bnn.ca
