Canada should be forgetting about trying to solve US refinery supply problems with the Keystone Pipeline and eagerly take up the Albertan Indian Bands proposal to build a new refinery in Northern Alberta. That way we would get an over-supply of refined product and finally bring some price competition into the market. I visualize the day may come when we will bee able to drive to a gas station on an Indian reserve and fill our tank without all the add-on taxes- 50 cents a litre sounds about right.
