I don't see the two as connected. This is just the CME trying to spruce up its image post MFG. RBC doesn't have as much pull as the big 5, so it gets tagged. Just a guess, but it seems likely.

Keystone? My guess, it will go ahead after Obama gets relected. Right now he has to pander to the greens, but he'll turn on them like he has everyone else. Remember, this is his last term so he can pretty much do as he likes once in.

Personally, I don't see why Canada should export any more oil than it already does. We're down to scrapping it out of the sand for chrissake. What does that tell you about future supply?
