Don't take it as gospel - markets are inherently unpredictable - the best anyone can do is an educated guess. Nonetheless, when people I respect start making these kind of calls, I listen up and lighten up. I'm not saying follow me, or follow Rick - just mull it over for yourself, then ask which side of the boat you're on, and whether it feels just a mite crowded.
