Message: Uranium and Japan By the Casey Energy Team

Most of what he writes I agree with, except this part:

If Japan’s nuclear troubles worsen significantly, however, fear may take over from economics. Governments wanting to reassure scared citizens will suspend nuclear power plans (as some have already) and institute heavy-handed permitting hurdles for new mines and reactors. In this scenario, uranium could drop back down into disfavor.

This outcome is already baked in the cake for the USA, most of Europe and probably Australia. Green paranoia and political opportunism guarantee it. That will take a good bite out of world supply, so where is future uranium going to come from given a) the end of Swords to Plowshares in 2013, and b) the lack of financing for exploration in the above nations? Not from the US arsenal, that's for sure. That leaves Canada.

So, supply declines as demand declines which is a wash, leaving Canada as the only major supplier to the world. Cameco, Dennison, Hathor and a few others are the main beneficiaries here, if you have the patience to see this play out.
