Yes, I have to agree with all your points...but here FCO jumps up .08 or .10 today!! Yesterday was a great day to have averaged down on FCO....but at least what I already own is going back up to its previous level....Oh! to have had some dry powder when I really thought it was a buying day....and have been proved right!
