This is really the last hurdle I think!

The Court has now stated that they want this mine to proceed!!

Xstrata and Rio Tinto can get what is legal in Idaho for easement rights for mining purposes...but other than that...just step aside and let FCO get on with their Mine!!

Xstrata can "clean up" their own Blackbird "mess"...

Let FCO proceed with their more Eco-friendly mining...and let this mine of strategic resource start producing what America will need for the 21st Century!
