The price is taking off in the largest jump that I've seen in a long time!
Investors are finally getting the story about how this stock has such great potential and strategic importance to the U.S.
FCO is up .08 as I type....but its on a tear today...I wish I had held back some dry powder now, but I put everything I had that was "dry" into ARU....
