Per Canadian Insider report of 3/11/11 Ian Clifford acquired 400,000 ZNN shares privately on 3/10/11. If this is added to his shares controlled as indicated in the management circular dated 2/22/11 for the 3/22/11 annual meeting, IC now owns 2,205,511 ZNN shares. The full group of ZENN executives plus soon-to-be new board member Roger Hammock now own about 5.2 million of the 37.2 million issued ZNN shares or about 14 percent of shares issued. If unexercised options and warrants are added in the insiders now own about 21 percent of fully diluted shares. Since the new directors, Kofman and Gregg probably also, at least indirectly, represent some important shareholders, this board is probably much more able to be sure of its shareholder backing than the prior one...
