WiLAN Subsidiary Enters into Settlement and License Agreement with Shaghal

OTTAWA, Canada – August 23, 2017 – Wi-LAN Inc. (“WiLAN”) today announced that the company’s subsidiary, Anton Innovations, Inc., has entered into a settlement and patent license agreement with Shaghal Ltd. (“Shaghal”).  The license covers wireless technology.

Shaghal is involved in the wholesale distribution of electronic parts and electronic communications equipment.

The consideration paid to WiLAN and all other terms of the license agreement are confidential.
