WiLAN Subsidiary Enters into License Agreement with Toshiba (ccnm)

OTTAWA, CANADA--(Marketwired - Dec. 30, 2015) - WiLAN (TSX:WIN) (NASDAQ:WILN) today announced that the Company's subsidiary, Collabo Innovations, Inc., has entered into a patent license agreement with Toshiba Corporation relating to image sensing technology, which is used in electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets and cameras. WiLAN acquired the portfolio from Panasonic in 2013.

The license resolves litigation pending in the District of Delaware. The consideration paid to WiLAN and other terms of the license agreement are confidential.
