The Court, having considered Plaintiff Intuitive Building Controls, Inc.’s and Defendant UTC Fire & Security Americas Corporation Inc.’s (collectively, “the parties”) Joint Motion to Stay All Deadlines and Notice of Settlement, finds that such Motion should be GRANTED. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the parties’ Joint Motion to Stay Deadlines is GRANTED and that all deadlines are stayed for thirty (30) days up to and including January 20, 2016. If dismissal papers are not filed by January 20, 2016, counsel are directed to appear for a Status Conference on January 22, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.
