WiLAN Subsidiary Enters Into License Agreement With Netflix (ccnm)

OTTAWA, CANADA--(Marketwired - Dec. 23, 2015) - WiLAN (TSX:WIN)(NASDAQ:WILN) today announced that the Company's subsidiary, Copy Protection LLC, has entered into a patent license agreement with Netflix, Inc.

The consideration paid to WiLAN and all other terms of the license agreement are confidential.
