STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), by plaintiff Copy Protection LLC ("Copy Protection") and defendant Netflix, Inc. ("Netflix") and through their respective counsel, that plaintiff Copy Protection dismisses its claims set forth in its complaint against Netflix WITH PREJUDICE.
