Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i), Plaintiff Advanced Microscopy Inc. files this Notice of Dismissal as to Defendants Olympus Scientific Solutions Americas, Inc. and Olympus America, Inc.
