JOINT STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL Pursuant to Rule 41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, it is hereby stipulated and agreed, by and between Plaintiff Open Network Solutions LLC (“ONS”) and Defendant Lexmark International, Inc. (“Lexmark”), through their respective undersigned counsel, that the above-entitled action and all claims and counterclaims by and between ONS and Lexmark are dismissed with prejudice.
