Xerox agreement on it's way??? Hopefully in our favour....

JOINT NOTICE OF RESOLUTION AND STIPULATED REQUEST TO STAY ALL CASE DEADLINES Plaintiff Open Network Solutions, Inc. and Defendant Xerox Corporation jointly notify the Court that the parties have reached an agreement in principle to resolve the case and are currently in the process of finalizing the release and dismissal documents. The parties anticipate that the appropriate dismissal papers will be forthcoming.
