WiLAN Announces Election of Directors
OTTAWA, Canada – May 14, 2015 – WiLAN (TSX:WIN) (NASDAQ:WILN) today announced that all of management’s nominees listed in its April 13, 2015 management proxy circular were elected as directors of the Company at WiLAN’s May 13, 2015 annual shareholders’ meeting (the “Annual Meeting”).
