Sounds like they are seriouly talking..... "Hunter Industries" had a similar stipulation the other day... We can hope, right???

Plaintiff Smart Irrigation Solutions, Inc. (“SIS”), and Defendant The Toro Company (“Toro”) seek additional time to evaluate information and explore settlement. Thus, SIS and Toro hereby stipulate, through their respective counsel, that Defendant Toro shall have a 14 day extension from the current deadline of March 22, 2015 to respond to the initial complaint in this action. This is the second extension requested, and is filed with a propose order attached hereto. The Complaint was served on Toro on January 30, 2015. The original deadline to respond to the initial complaint was February 20, 2015. The parties thereafter stipulated to a 30 day extension until March 22, 2015. The parties since then have exchanged information to help explore potential settlement. With the 14 day extension, Defendant’s response to the initial complaint shall be now filed on or before April 5, 2015.
