WiLAN Resolves Litigation with Diebold Incorporated

OTTAWA, Canada – February 17, 2015 – WiLAN (TSX:WIN) (NASD:WILN) today announced that the company’s subsidiary, Open Network Solutions Inc., has resolved the litigation between it and Diebold Incorporated that was pending in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
