WiLAN Enters into License Agreement with Yamaha

OTTAWA, Canada – February 11 2015 – Open Network Solutions Inc. (“ONS”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of WiLAN (TSX:WIN) (NASD:WILN), has granted Yamaha Corporation and Yamaha Corporation of America, Inc., (collectively, “Yamaha”) a license to patented technologies that relate to networking capabilities.

The licensed technologies enable devices, including point of sale terminals, printers and smart TVs, to communicate on a network.

The consideration to be paid by Yamaha to WiLAN and all other terms of the license agreement are confidential.
