JOINT STATUS UPDATE

Plaintiff Open Network Solutions, Inc. and Defendant Amazon.com, Inc. jointly notify

the Court that they expect to finalize release documents shortly and that appropriate dismissal

papers will be forthcoming.

The parties do not believe that a new proposed schedule is necessary at this time. The

parties respectfully propose to submit another joint status update if dismissal papers have not

been filed by February 6, 2015.
