Just so no one gets their hopes up... This settlement has been extended like this since early November.... Hopefully this will encompass more patents, & more money in Wilans bank account when the settlement is finally complete....

JOINT STATUS UPDATE

Plaintiff Open Network Solutions, Inc. and Defendant Amazon.com, Inc. jointly notify

the Court that they expect to finalize release documents shortly and that appropriate dismissal

papers will be forthcoming.

The parties do not believe that a new proposed schedule is necessary at this time. If the

case has not been dismissed by November 24, the parties will file another joint status update with

the Court.
