WiLAN Subsidiary Enters License Agreement With Hisense (ccnm)

OTTAWA, CANADA--(Marketwired - Jan. 6, 2015) - Open Network Solutions Inc. ("ONS"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of WiLAN (TSX:WIN)(NASDAQ:WILN), has granted Hisense Company Limited ("Hisense") a license to patented technologies that relate to networking capabilities.

The licensed technologies enable devices, including point of sale terminals, printers and smart TVs, to communicate on a network.

The consideration to be paid by Hisense to WiLAN and all other terms of the license agreement are confidential.
