After consulting with the attorneys of record for the parties and being advised of the status of the case, and good cause appearing, it is hereby ordered: A Claims Construction Hearing has been set for 8/17/2015 at 9:00 AM before Judge Dana M. Sabraw. A Mandatory Settlement Conference has been set for 3/28/2016 at 9:30 AM before Magistrate Judge Barbara Lynn Major. The Final Pretrial Conference has been set for 5/13/2016 at 10:30 AM before Judge Dana M. Sabraw. Jury Trial is set for 6/13/2016 at 9:00 AM before Judge Dana M. Sabraw.
